SparkPlugged (スパークプラグド, スパーク) was born in December of 2005 and is a site about Asian music culturetainment and more. Mostly dealing with music and entertainment from Japan and Korea, SparkPlugged hopes to inform while having a good time.

The Name?

As a verb, ’sparkplug’ means “to lead, inspire, or animate”, according to dictionary.com. The Japanese word for sparkplug is 点火栓 (てんかせん, tenkasen), which sounds good.
