A girl runs through the streets with a guitar strapped on her back like she’s running through a mine field. She’s bombarded by visuals that suggest a full head-on collision is imminent. The question is, do you stop or keep going?
Nezumi Hanabi’s “Crash” MV is an excellent example of how quickfire editing and proper imagery can make a video. It also helps that “Crash” is a rocking track. The bass bumps along through the song, and in the guitar solo, the guitars sound like cars swerving and skreeching and pedal to the metal flooring it.
Look for “Crash” on Nezumi Hanabi’s Shougeki to Ballade album out 6.6.2012. Preorder at CDJapan.
