Kinoko Teikoku – “Yoru ga Aketara” PV

Kinoko Teikoku (きのこ帝国) has released their new PV for their song “Yoru ga Aketara” (夜が明けたら) which comes from their debut album Uzu ni Naru (渦になる) set to release May 9th. The song’s dream-like sounds and pleasant vocals expected off of their album are shown fully here. “Yoru ga Aketara” gives off a chaotic calm effect. The music video matches the song well with an overly filtered camera view of everyday sights that accentuates the feeling of melancholy expressed within the song. Like the song, the video shines as a beautifully simple form. However, don’t ignore the fact that this band can pick up the pace as seen towards the end.

Check out their website here! Also, look out for their album which you can purchase from your favorite websites.

Mushroom Empire! Beautifully simple indeed. Checking out their site, I like how the lead singer is just listed as Sato. That tells me a lot and it’s not like there’s a ton of Satos out there =P
