Remember the Twilight Zone movie where the old folks play kick the can?

Of course you don’t. That movie was released in 1983 before half of Sparkplugged’s target audience was even born. Well this episode from the movie was actually remade from an original TV episode back in 1962. Why does this even matter?

Well the episode was based on the theory that playing kid games would keep that youthful spirit alive.. and actually turn you into a kid. Now if you watch the Karasu PV for “Aoki Hibi,” you can totally understand why this suited business man might be playing kick the can. As for Karasu’s single, it’s a lovely rock track. Upbeat and light with an excellent little guitar solo. The song is plain “NICE.”
