The only thing blazing in Knotlamp’s new single “Blaze Drops” are the TV monitors spinning around super fast. Don’t expect blazing fast thrash music. Knotlamp is still standard pop punk fare. It’s mindless mainstream rock. Still I’d rather listen to this than what’s on the stations here in the U.S.

What Knotlamp is good for is their Blink-182-esque album covers and their new album cover for Bridges We’ve Dreamed is just as silly. Check it out:

Will you feel this way after listening to the whole mini-album? Let’s hope not. Still if you’ve seen Knotlamp’s discography, their album covers continue to amuse and amaze. Preorder Bridges We’ve Dreamed from CDJapan out 9.13.2011.

Tie yourself up in Knotlamp’s official website and myspace.
