“Bastian! Call my name!” I doubt Countlost is singing about the Neverending Story… but I wish they were. Their dreamy mainstream rock single “Calling” reaches skyward with streamlined vocals from singer Takuto Maeda. It’s like riding Falkor to the rock heavens!
Ok. Maybe that’s a little much. Still, I gotta give it up to Countlost’s ability to make really good mainstream hard rock. This one is a winner. Find it on their newest album Mirror out 8.3.2011. CDJapan has your preorder.
