The floor is dirty. So I guess it makes sense for the lead singer of Fox Loco Phantom to be singing a grungy garage rock song lying on the ground. Or maybe he’s just hung over.

Either way “Kitchen Monster” is a noisy continuous grumble of a song, it has that late 90′s indie rock mentality that I can get behind. Screaming only makes this song better in my opinion. If you ever have one of those indie “angry” days, where singing out your frustration helps you release.. then this song is that perfect release.
