Butter Butter sound like a train building up steam, getting ready to take you on a sonic journey. Then the conductor screams out in distortion.. You know it’s time to board and take off.  Then you get the lazy vocals telling you to “buckle up” (so to speak) before the locomotive jerks into gear. The drums are pumping, you are moving fast chugging along, and then before you know it you are gliding on the tracks towards your destination. And that destination is greatness.

I don’t know why I’m loving the hell out of Butter Butter, but this new single “Forowa” is my type of 90′s rock. I could possibly compare them to Sunny Day Real Estate vocally, but instrumentally they are a little more aggressive. This type of music just makes me smile.
