The meaning of “水星より愛をこめて” (Suisei yori Ai wo Komete, From Mercury With Love) is about as mysterious as the up-and-coming band performing it. Coming off their recently released self-titled debut album, the quirky, disjunct playing style is heavily reminiscent of other Japanese bands such as nhmmbase and ZAZEN BOYS, which is actually incredibly fitting as ZAZEN BOYS frontman and Japanese indie legend Mukai Shutoku (向井秀徳) is responsible for producing SuiseiNoboAz’s new album.

More info can be found at the band’s official website and MySpace.

    Great to see this!

They’ve been working really hard to get where they are now.

I’m friends with these guys so I’ll definitely let them know about this review.
I think they’ll be super excited!
