“Yoru no Hate” is NICO Touches the Walls’ first single of 2008 and their first major single as well.
“夜ã®æžœã¦” (Yoru no Hate, End of Night) is a very “full” song and a great introduction single for the rock quartet of Mitsumura Tatsuya (å…‰æ‘é¾å“‰), Furumura Daisuke (夿‘大介), Sakakura Shingo (å‚倉心悟), and Tsushima Shotaro (対馬祥太郎).
Complete with Telecaster blaring and Mitsumura Tatsuya’s fervent vocals, “夜ã®æžœã¦” is a loud, emotional song. It’s mixed exceptionally well with prevailing guitar and all.
Mitsumura’s guitar dominates the song’s first verse while Furumura’s guides through the second. Furumura’s erratic solo caps things off near the end of the song’s distinct bridge.
The “夜ã®æžœã¦” single comes with two more tracks: “ãƒãƒ‹ãƒ¼ã‚¬ãƒ¼ãƒ«ã¨ãƒ€ãƒ‹ãƒ¼ãƒœãƒ¼ã‚¤” (Bunny Girl to Danny Boy, Bunny Girl and Danny Boy) and “April”. The latter is a slow love song and works as a great cooldown after listening to the title track.
