So where was 45RPM the past two years? The question has been answered: they were in the future. Actually, they must have been watching Power Rangers or something.

I talked about 45RPM’s new album and they made their comeback performance on MBC TV on February 2nd. To say the performance was a suprise is an understatement.

The guys showed up in space suit-like silver suits and helmets. The were accompanied by spacey dancers and a big robot. Fans were shocked.

While the performance went well, it is completely unlike their past work. It’s entertaining, shiny and futuristic (3 of my favorite things) at least.

If I wasn’t a fan a the way 45RPM was, I wouldn’t be phased (haha); but I can’t help but contrast the old with the new.
