With popular artists releasing so many singles, the CD cover artists in Japan must be busy.

Japanese hip-hop artist SEAMO’s (シーモ, Shiimo) latest single “軌跡” (Kiseki, miracle) is coming out. Listeners can hopefully expect an album due out soon as well (though there is no official word as of late).

Since 2005, SEAMO has released 8 singles. The songs are good and really popular but the cover art of each single is noteworthy too. Each cover is pretty unique from the others — the only similarity is probably SEAMO wearing a hat.

1st: “関白” (Kanpaku) (2005) 2nd: “DRIVE” (2005) 3rd: “a love story” feat. Bennie K (2005)
4th: “マタアイマショウ” (Mata Aimashou) (2006) 5th: “Lupin the Fire” (2006) 6th: “Cry Baby” (2007)
7th: “Fly Away” (2007) 8th: “軌跡” (Kiseki) (2007) Bonus: “Cry Baby” Crayon Shinchan edition

Which single cover is YOUR favorite?

Additionally, here’s a look at the PV for the smooth jamming “Kiseki”.

Double Bonus: “Fly Away” PV (SEAMO in the pro wrestling ring :P) and “Cry Baby” PV (thoughtful and cute with some cool cinematography)
