Creative Bus Advertisements

A man is slammed face forward into the back of a bus while the dogs that he was walking try to tug him around the corner. This is a rather comedic situation — portrayed on the side and rear of a bus.

Full wrap-around advertisements on public transportation is nothing new. Some catch your eye and others don’t. But there are some that really stand out. These ads don’t use the bus’s flat walls as simple canvases; rather they integrate features of the bus’s design and geometry into their display. Using parts of the bus like wheels, windows, and accordion-like connectors, these ads are creative and extremely eye catching.

    i saw somewhere a while back, a company that pays people to do the same things (to advertise for other companies) to their private home cars and then drive around in them.

    i forgot the name. it was kind of cool in premise, but you really need to have attitude to pull it off, driving around in a gigantic (sometimes gaudy) mobile advertisement.

    michaelpanda: Ya I’ve heard of that too. I’d like to do it but I dunno if I could handle attracting so much attentions — even if it’s good — I may ask people “whatcha lookin at!?” while forgetting that I’m driving a giant Red Bull can, haha :P
