Hey, I figure now’s a good time to take a quick break from the live reports and make a site-related announcement.

I’m looking for 1 or 2 co-authors to contribute to SparkPlugged. This would enable the site to grow into something much more profound and helpful to readers. The collaboration of multiple authors with similar but different tastes in Japanese music and entertainment would allow SparkPlugged to become a better source for information related to those topics.

If you’re a fan of artists similar to those featured on SparkPlugged AND you enjoy writing as well as sharing your opinion with others, consider yourself a perfect candidate to author on SparkPlugged.

More specifically, please apply if…

…you are a fan of Japanese music that fits into such genres as alternative, indies, hip-hop, or electronic. SparkPlugged is open to writers with any preferences really though, so don’t hesitate to stand out.

…you are confident that you can write consitently. 1 – 2 articles a week would be nice.

…you want to connect with the community and introduce new music to others.

If this proposal appeals to you, please contact me and let me know. Thanks

Hey Ben, at SP you’re ‘eigo’ skills aren’t as important as your knowledge of ‘ongaku’. But that’s cool, keep up the good work over at BTnet :)
