Daft Punk remixes and Kubricks!

While searching for info on the ‘Sebastian Remix’ of Daft Punk’s single “Human After All”, I stumbled upon something way too amazingly cool. I’m now officially excited.

I was looking for info on this song because it’s featured in Polyphony and Sony’s PS2 motorcycle racing simulator (aka Gran Turismo on 2-wheels), Tourist Trophy. It’s a great game and my favorite song on the OST is “Human After All (Sebastian Remix)” by Daft Punk…great stuff.

Well, in Japan, there is a remix album of Daft Punk’s LP, “Human After All”. As I’ve already discovered…Japan always gets cool special CDs, extra tracks, etc., etc. Well, this remix album also comes with two special edition Kubrick figures of the French duo that make up Daft Punk, Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo.

As it’s assumed…I want this great bundle of coolness. I’ll keep dreaming and forget about the $107US pricetag on the set, for now. I can’t find anywhere else that this particular remix is on other than the Tourist Trophy OST album…I’d like that too.
