Detective Conan’s back

April 15th marks the release of the 10th theatrical installment of mega-hit anime series Detective Conan (Case Closed in US).This 10th movie comes along with the 10th anniversary of everyone’s favorite pint-sized detective.

Conan and Aya Ueto!Surely the plot will be similar to the rest of the Conan movies and TV show episodes. That is, Conan, Ran, and Ran’s detective father get mixed up in something worth solving. Conan proceeds to examine and eventually solves the case with his ridiculously good observation skills. But he doesn’t get credit for cracking the case, instead Ran’s father who is a horrible detective takes all the credit.

Yes, the plot may often be redundant but with this series it’s dismissable. That’s because Detective Conan is always interesting, fun, and entertaining. Hopefully this 10th movie will be no exception.

    i wish i could have that plush toy and the dvd copies of detective conan.. i love it more than any anime.. it’s totally cool.. i love detective stories and DC is the best of all!!! DC Rocks!
