Cornelius is actually signed on the Matador label which is the same one Pizzicato is on. It doesn't quite have the bubbley femme japanese vocals that I'm sure you love about those groups though. Also, <a href="http://www.mihohatori.com/" rel="nofollow">Miho Hatori</a> from Cibo Matto has her own solo project under her name that is pretty much derivative of that group so you should almost absolutely like that. Its called "Ecdysis" I believe. Just to drop some names that aren't necessarily very similar to CM or P5, but are some j-groups i'm familar with and like: Supercar, Plus-Tech Squeezebox, Luminous Orange, The Aprils, Kahimi Karie, Judy and Mary, Go! Go! 7188, The Pillows, Asobi Seksu(from NYC) That might be a good starting point... I'm no expert on Japanese music because, well, I'm not Japanese and its not very easily accessible here in the US.
