Naked Yogurt

A South Korean Yogurt company’s obscenity conviction was upheld by a Seoul Court on Thursday. The unamed dairy company was fined $5,000 for what it called an advertising campaign.

The company held a display in which 3 nude models were covered in flour. People used sprayers to squirt yogurt at the models to wash off the flour and expose their naked bodies. Upon conviction, the court ruled that the display was purely commercial and had no artistic merit.

So, if it was done as a legit art display, would it be acceptable?

  1. That is so wacky!

It doesn’t look like it was out in open or anything like that, any idea where it took place?

  2. Another report said that it took place in a crowded Seoul Art Gallery.
