GO HINO

This year’s Paris-Dakar Rally was good for Japanese truck manufacturer, HINO. The class of huge trucks was once again dominated by Russian manufacturer Kamaz but HINO finished well.

Team Sugawara, which included Yoshimasa Sugawara (truck #501) and Teruhito Sugawara (truck #505) finished right up there in the standings. Yoshimasa Sugawara completed the two week long rally in 5th place and Teruhito Sugawara ended up in 7th overall. The HINO team has placed better in the recent past but these are still good standings considering the two trucks are HINO’s only entries.

Shay is eating Yen and Won for breakfast.
